New Student Enrollment

SNL registers students in person between 9:00am and 1:30pm, each day.  Please call (863) 471-5464 if you have any questions about the documents needed to register.

What do I need to register my student?

Stop in, or call (863) 471-5464 to schedule an appointment .  You'll need to bring in the following required documents: 

  • Guardian's ID

  • Student's Certified Birth Certificate

  • Street address and daytime emergency phone number

  • Physical (dated within one year of start to public school)

  • Immunization Record

  • Proof of Residency (current bill, housing agreement, etc. with name and address)

  • Custody Papers (if applicable)

  • The parent/guardian must come to the school and complete the student registration form and pupil information sheet. Registration is not complete unless all seven of the above items are submitted to the school office. The student will begin school the day following registration.

  • Students who are transferring from another school or school district must complete the registration form and supply a name of the prior school, so records can be requested.

  • Make sure the school has your correct home and work telephone numbers, address and emergency contact person.  If any of this information changes during the school year, please be sure to send those changes to the school office so your child's records can be updated.
